Tossa de Mar is one of the most cinematic towns on the Costa Brava, crowned by the stone walls and round tower of the Vila Vella. Its old town rises in white terraces above a crescent of golden sand, and the light here feels almost theatrical — especially in the hour before sunset, when the walls turn honey-coloured and the sea deepens to sapphire.
A portrait or family session in Tossa can move from the cobbled lanes and arches of the old town down to the water, where fishing boats rock gently and the beach opens toward the horizon.
